30-Day Installation Guarantee & Return Policy

At Pure Way Wilmington, we believe clean water should come with confidence.
Every whole-home filtration system we install includes a 30-Day Installation Guarantee so you can experience the difference in your own home.

If you are not satisfied with the system’s performance within 30 days after installation, you may request a refund according to the terms below.

Our 30-Day Installation Guarantee

All Pure Way Wilmington whole-home filtration systems include a 30-day money-back guarantee beginning on the date installation is completed.

This guarantee allows customers to evaluate the performance of the installed system in their home environment.

If performance concerns arise during this period, Pure Way Wilmington will work with the customer to evaluate the system and address any installation or operational issues before processing a refund.


When the Guarantee Period Begins

The 30-day guarantee period begins on the date installation is completed, not the purchase date.

Installation completion will be documented at the time of service.


How to Request a Refund

If you wish to request a refund during the 30-day period:

  1. Contact Pure Way Wilmington directly before the 30-day period expires.
  2. Email: hello@purewayhome.com
  3. Our team will coordinate inspection and system removal if applicable.

Refund requests must be received within 30 days of installation completion.

Pure Way Wilmington will be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the system and address any performance concerns prior to processing a refund.


System Condition

To qualify for a refund:

• The system must be returned in reasonable condition
• Equipment must be available for inspection and removal
• Systems that have been modified, damaged, or altered after installation may not qualify for a full refund

The refund guarantee applies only to systems operating under the original installation conditions.


Plumbing Modifications or Changes

If plumbing modifications, additional water treatment equipment, or structural changes to the home’s plumbing occur after installation, the system may no longer qualify for a refund.


Water Source Conditions

Pure Way Wilmington systems are designed based on the water conditions present at the time of installation.

Significant changes in water quality, contamination events, well failures, municipal treatment changes, or plumbing system issues occurring after installation may affect system performance and are not grounds for refund under the 30-Day Installation Guarantee.


Installation and Removal Costs

Installation labor, plumbing materials, service visits, and other costs associated with installing the system are not refundable.

If a refund is approved under the 30-Day Installation Guarantee, the refund amount will be limited to the purchase price of the equipment and may be reduced by any installation, service, or removal labor required to uninstall the system.

Any plumbing modifications required to restore the home’s plumbing configuration during system removal may also be deducted from the refund where applicable.


Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued after the system has been removed (if installed) and inspected.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original form of payment.


Warranty Coverage

The 30-Day Installation Guarantee is separate from and in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship.

If an issue arises that falls under the manufacturer’s warranty, Pure Way Wilmington will assist in facilitating warranty service where applicable.


FTC Cooling-Off Rule (Buyer’s Remorse)

Federal law provides consumers with a three-day right to cancel certain sales made in their home or at temporary locations such as trade shows.

This rule is known as the FTC Cooling-Off Rule.

If applicable, customers will be provided with a copy of the FTC notice of cancellation rights and will sign acknowledgment of receipt before payment is processed.

The 30-Day Installation Guarantee described above is separate from the FTC Cooling-Off Rule and applies specifically to system performance after installation.

Because Pure Way Wilmington provides a written refund guarantee, customers agree to contact us directly with any concerns so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Customers agree to contact Pure Way Wilmington directly regarding any billing or performance concerns and provide us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution.
